I started training with Nina Caron several years ago as I was looking to improve overall strength and stability. I was concerned about losing muscle and had noticed that I was losing my ability to stabilize.  Nina has thoughtfully designed our workouts with my goals in mind and, at the same time, has encouraged me to safely and effectively push my limits. This has empowered me tremendously both physically and mentally.  Our training was put to the test for sure about a week and a half ago. I had spent a long day working in the yard and was exhausted by day’s end. As I was heading down the stairs, I lost my balance and was about to fall down the stairs. However, because of the strength and stability program Nina has provided, I was able to right myself during the fall. So thankful to Nina and her awesome training.  Nina is a true professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
